Windows 10: Resetting my computer

Recently my computer has been all sorts of messed up, wont run programs, even when I delete and reinstall them. So I decided since I don’t have much besides games on my computer i would try and reset it. I did the usual and hit recovery->reset this pc ->remove everything. However, upon trying to reset it my computer just says it cannot reset it and undoes the changes. I have restarted the PC, made sure i had the latest version of windows, uninstalled the latest windows update and reinstalled it but to no avail. No matter what reset configuration I use it still cannot make changes to my PC and undoes the changes. any help would he greatly appreciated!


also side note, would “fresh start” be a viable option? Im worried cause it gets rid of intel and nvidia drivers along with everything else. Thank y’all so much for reading! I hope y’all can help!

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
