Windows 10: Resize start menu

Discus and support Resize start menu in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I like that idea, sounds very similar to 8 The top pane shows your apps that you choose for quick access expand it by swiping up or clicking arrow...     Yeah, I like the Win8.1 menu best, but have some ideas to 'improve' so everyone is 'happy *Tongue

    A rough draft layout (without the view options, pane resize, or full screen)

    Yeah, I'm marketing the idea *Wink Hopefully MS will see it and do something great with the menu (I really want to stop calling it Start !)

    I submitted it as my 'video' for the Insider contest Win a trip to MS HQ .. didn't win, didn't expect to win.

    But got it in front of some eyes, and maybe, one pair will see the light.

    They have all of the pieces, they just have to put it together. I'm sure their focus is not on the GUI right now, they have some major stitching to do - GUI's are easy ... but they tend to get dropped in favor of more pressing bugs.

    The easiest thing for MS to do is to say "Here's what we've offered in the TP, pick one that you like when you install Windows"

    Ok, maybe not THAT easy since they changed a few registry dependencies, but ... they know what those are too *Tongue
