Windows 10: Resizing for Toshiba tv

Which would be the recommended resolution of my Toshiba tv resizing in “nvidia control panel” on my stormforce onyx desktop for the following measurements of my Toshiba tv..

42 in (110 cm) [corner to corner]
40 inches width
2 feet 24 inch height ( with bezel )
21 inches height ( without bezel )

The tv resolution is 1080p, 1920 x 1080

• Which application are you having issues resizing or moving?

• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel

• 
  Navigate to the folder where the photos are.

  Select the photos
  
• 
  Select the 'Edit' tab

  Select Resize
