Windows 10: Resolve an errors "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" AND "ERR_TIMED_OUT" on chrome

Please help me to resolve an errors "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" and "ERR_TIMED_OUT" show on social media websites Hi5.com /tagged.com these web sites unable to load

Chrome not working on particular WiFi

Few of the sites load without any error,

While most of the sites give error as 'ERR_TIMED_OUT' 'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET' 'ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED'

Additionally, I tried to ping google.com from CMD and it shows that data communication completed successfully, however, google.com don't load on chrome (or any other browser)

 

Google Chrome just hanges in ERR_TIMED_OUT

Morning,

after i have installed the latest win updates. Chrome wont connect to sites. Only a few times it make a connection. There was a thread How to fix 'ERR_TIMED_OUT' on Google Chrome but the guy stated that it wasnt that good alltogether. Could it be a chrome bug?

Looks like the issue has gone, after the last updates were installed

 

Chrome not working properly after windows 10 update 1803

After updating windows 10 1803(winver = 17134.228) when i opend chrome ant try to surf it giving error

MICROSOFT EDGE IS WORKING PERFECTLY,i tryed many things suggested by others but that was not useful

this site cant be reached

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics
