Windows 10: "restart to repair driver erros"

For some reason I'm constantly getting this error in my security and maintenance tab where it says "restart to repair driver errors-click to restart your pc". I have restarted numerous times yet I still get this error. Is there any fix?

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Synaptics driver update Windows 10

I suggest you to go to the manufacturer's website and download the driver. And follow the steps below:

• 
  You may uninstall the driver.
  
• 
  Double click on the set up file without restarting the system
  
• 
  Once the driver installs successfully then restart the system.

Erros upgrading Windows 8.1 pro to Windows 10 Pro

I suggest you to perform the startup repair using the Windows 8.1 installation media from the below link and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to perform Automatic repair:

• Insert installation media and restart the computer.
• Select language and click on Next.
• Select Repair your Computer and click on Skip this drive.
• Select Troubleshoot and click on Advanced Options.
• Here choose the option Automatic Repair and follow the prompted instructions.

After performing automatic repair then I suggest you to install windows 10from the below link and check if it helps.
