Windows 10: Restarting itself every 2 mins. of using

I am using HP Notebook and a register windows insider preview. So, I always receive new update. After downloading the new version of windows last april I receive again a new version and that is pre release product review but because of slow connection I stop and didn't continue. after that, I open a file explorer to search some file and after 2 mins my laptop screen become black and then it back it is like when a laptop open desktop.

I ask a help in Microsoft agent and they said Ineed to reset my PC, so I tried it and it works but after a 2 days, it comes back... what will I do.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

• Disable superfetch service
  • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
  • Restart the computer
  • Si ça ne marche pas, passer l'étape 2;
• Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)
