    Trying to restore my desktop icons which disappeared after I did a restart following an app download. Tutorials I found always seem to revert to the default icons PC, Network, Recycle Bin etc. which are not the ones at issue. Trying to restore e-mail Shaw Web, BankingServus, Word, Fax Epson, & Geek Squad. Watched a tech do this but forgot the appropriate path. Thanks in advance for your help.

    After the last update my desk top is full of picture icons instead of the icons that were before the update . can go back or restore my desktop to the one that was before the update.??. I have win 10 pro

    Desk top Icons

    After the last update I noticed that my desk top icons changed locations. I've tried all the suggested fixes and rearranged them three times but every time I boot up, the icons have changed locations . I went as far as to have Geek Squad try to fix the
    problem. They tried for an hour and suggested that I contact you. Went do you plan to issue a fix for this bug???
