    It sound like you haven't enter the bios set up screen. You need to enter there to be able to set the boot order, once there you make sure your usb selection is first in the boot order, afterwards you be able to install windows clean

    How do I get to bio setup then do what. I’m sorry but I don’t know computer that well. I just play games on them.

    Its usually tapping the delete key or F12, F2 when you turn your computer on. It depends what PC you have with the right key

    F12 saidno boot file receive f2doesnt do anything
    Under f10. It got main advanced power boot exit. Is f10 the one I should be under Then what do I do

    That looks like the menu for a bios screen. Use the arrow keys to navigate it, you should find the boot order under 'Boot' and be able to change it. It will tell you on the screen which keys to use.

    Please update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

    System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums:
    System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums Windows 10 Tutorials
    In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
    After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
    System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums


    Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    Just like Bree said ... I don't know what PC type you have but if you see with the F 10 a boot order look for Boot, select that and you should see like your cd / dvd drive , your hard drive and maybe even a usb selection . If you do you need to highlight the usb and make sure it goes to the top of the order were by its the first one, afterwards you need to save that selection with the F10 key . Now, next time you start up your computer with the usb flash drive plug in were the windows files are on it should start the windows installation process, if all is correct

    Under boot priority it said
    1boot device. Cd rom
    2 boot device. Hard drive group
    3boot device floppy disk
    4 boot deuce. Network boot group
    No usb listed

    On some machines the usb may not be listed unless the is a bootable usb plugged in at the time.

    It would very much help if you followed all of zbook's advice in post #23.
