downloaded a retail copy of Windows 10 to new refurbished laptop. for daughter Son-in-law returned computer to exchange for new refurbished computer When I found out, original computer was on way back to refurbishing company How do I get my retail copy of Windows 10 back ?

Dude, go to Newegg right now and read the questions and answers tab on Windows 10 OEM. The OEM copies that are listed there DO in fact, come on an optical disc. The flash drive ONLY comes on Retail copies.
