Windows 10: reversing from 1903 to 1809

Discus and support reversing from 1903 to 1809 in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I have a laptop and PC. Both updated to 1903 on their own. I was able to reverse the PC but not the laptop.     I have a laptop and PC. Both updated to 1903 on their own. I was able to reverse the PC but not the laptop. I used this tutorial:
    Go Back to the Previous Version of Windows in Windows 10

    On the laptop I did not have an option to reverse using method 2.

    In method one under see more recovery options, I do not see go back to previous build. I see only system Image Recovery. If this will not work, can i just download and install 1809?

    W10 1809 to 1903 update

    Lenovo ThinkCentre E73, I have updated from W10 1809 to 1903 and the PC has now gone really slow and having issues with admin rights, I have chkdsk'd and scannow'd' but no issues found. Tried an inplace update in case windows was corrupted and get the
    message some hardware on this PC is incompatible with 1903 update. Can anyone shed any light in these issues please. I have had to revert to 1809 to make the PC usable again. Any suggestions please ? Microsoft have said Lenovo are responsible and Lenovo have
    said Microsoft is responsible, which does not help me one bit.

    How do I reverse the update 1903 for Windows 10, go back to 1809


    I would like to reverse the update for 1903 and revert to 1809. Please point me in the right direction. I did no find the way to do that.

    I am having problems and would like to see if I go back to 1809 I continue to have the problems.
