Windows 10: *REWARD* I need help with the "DPC Watchdog Violation" Error

Hi, I been searching both here on Reddit and the net for a while and couldn't find answers.

My Desktop PC started acting up a few days ago, I am able to boot up and run basic applications like Chrome and some messaging services but whenever I try to share my screen on a call I get a BSOD
with error code DPC Watchdog Violation. I can run some games too without an issue but I also get the occasional crash. It's driving me crazy!

Here are my PC Specs:
Asus X570 MB with an AMD 3700x
Evo 970 SSD
32GB Gskill 3200 Ram
EVGA 3080 FTW

Here are some of the solutions/actions I have already tried:

• Installed latest drivers for GPU
• All windows updates have been installed
• Updated to latest Bios, chipset, and ethernet drivers
• Used DDU for GPU and Audio drivers then performed a clean install
• Updated HAL driver
• Ran Check Disk - no issues
• Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic - no issues\
• The system is not overclocked

This is all on a fresh install of windows.

I am not sure what else I can do so I am reaching out for help and I am happy to offer a reward of USD$20 for anyone that can solve this for me.
