Windows 10: rewards not working

I earned the Rewards yesterday and today it is not giving me the rewards and says it will update in 6 days to earn them. I have restarted my computer and still does not show that the rewards were earned and not getting reward on games. I plat under the name Baglady2

  winver in Windows search/Run command)

  www.login.live.com using the same Microsoft account?
