Windows 10: Right Click context menu no show HD Video files

I have many Video files on PC
Some are large files (5gb) High Definition Movies
Movies have been recorded from TV using topfield PVR
Most are 1920 x 1080 resolution some have 2 channel audio some have 6 channel audio
Also have some standard definition movies
I have just got a Windows 10 PC and now having problems with some files that will not show the context menu when right clicked
The process starts but then will just churm away for as long as I care to wait
If I click again it just whites out and freezes
It seems all the standard definition files and the HD files with only 2 channel audio work fine
The problem appears to be with only the HD movies that have 6 channel audio
These are movies recorded from only 2 different TV channels
These problem files work perfectly on any pc with Windows 7
If I reduce the size of these files (Cut large amounts from the movie) they will sometimes show the context menu after about 10 seconds or so.
I have taken these files to 2 separate windows 10 pc's at my work place and the problem is still present.
Sorry about the long explanation but I figured more info is better than less
Hope somebody out there might have some suggestions or solutions to this annoying problem

Custom context menu entries

So, just throwing this out there, in case somone knows.

I have added a custom context menu entry for the program rightload, since by default the menu is broken in vistax64.

It works pefect with single files, but when I select mutiple files and try to open, I get mutiple instances of the program (which makes sense), here is my entry:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rightload\Rightload.exe --server=1 --autostart %1

So the %1 passes the filename to the program, and when I select multiple files it is just opening multiple instances of rightload each with a different file.

What I'd like to do is be able to pass a list of the files selected to the program. Since I know it is capable of uploading multiple files from the context menu, all in one instance.

So, is there something I can pass besides %1 that will do this? I have looked around and can't seem to find an answer anywhere... *Frown

Just found some more 3rd party context menus in ShellExView (coloured pink) at the bottom the listing - disabling these seems to allow right-click to show context menu for all the problem programs

In some applications (Office 2010, Adobe Reader DC) right-clicking on the screen shows a context menu but then usually hides it again. Holding the right button down or double-clicking sometimes makes the menu stay after the button is released, and sometimes the context menu remains visible after a single right-click. In other applications (eg Notepad, Paint) the context menu does not disappear after a single right-button click

I have tried using ShellExView to disable all 3rd party context menus, as has been suggested as a remedy for this problem, but this does not change the behaviour.
