Windows 10: Right click option 'Send to' 'Bluetooth device' issue

Hi GuysWhen I want to share files via Bluetooth, I right click on the file which leads to 'Send to' context menu, then when I click on 'Bluetooth device', there appear a number of icons of the same phone where I can send my files to. as per image.How do I fix it? Thanks

Step 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

    Press Windows key + X.
    
  • 
    Click on Device Manager.
    
  • 
    Click on View.
    
  • 
    Click on Show
    Hidden Devices.
    
  • 
    Search for the Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Driver Disappears from Device Manager and Settings/Devices

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Drive. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Click on View.
• Click on Show Hidden Devices.
• Search for the Bluetooth device.
• Right click on the Bluetooth device and click
  uninstall.

Bluetooth will get detected but unable to send files on Windows 10.

You may be facing the above issue due to the corrupted, in-compatible or non-updated Bluetooth drivers installed on the PC.

Method 1: I suggest you to try uninstalling and re-installing the Bluetooth drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Go to device manager by pressing Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the context menu.
• Expand the Bluetooth driver.
• Right click on the Bluetooth driver and select Uninstall option.
• Restart the computer to re-install the driver automatically and check if the changes is effective.

Method 2: If you have not tried, I suggest you to
update Bluetooth drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand Bluetooth driver options. Check if there is any yellow exclamation icon located on the driver.
• Right click on the Bluetooth driver and select
  Update option.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
• After the update is complete, close the window and check if the changes are effective.
