Windows 10: Right hand Margin is off 1/4"

When I turn my Laptop in the AM my start-up screen appears and is approximately1/4 inch cut off on the right side of the screen. Thank you. HELP!!

Pull the right hand side margin doing what you have been doing in a bit to leave a gap.

Then use the mouse cursor to left click on the top part of the open window and move the whole window to the right until you can see the left hand side margin.

Taskbar time off the right margin

i tried several suggested options. the one you offered included, but the display did not change. all that was visible was 11:09 and part of the '9' was off the margin. i moved the taskbar from bottom to side to see if date/time might display in that orientation,
which it did. i moved the taskbar back to the bottom of the display, and date/time was back inside the margin. just checked it after the previous statement, and time/date are displayed at the far right end of the task bar as previously.
