    Right Speaker Works Sporadically

My right speaker works sporadically. Sometime after noon it will just start working without intervention. As strange as it sounds it seems to be time related. The next day, even though I don't logout but just lock the system, it won't work again until the afternoon.

The PC is a Dell OptiPlex 3060 and speakers are plugged into the audio jack in the front. (There is no jack in the back). I have tried other speakers with the same result. I have USB headphones and when I use those, the sound works properly for the headphones.

I have the latest Windows 10 updates and the latest sound driver. I have replaced the motherboard. I have tried the audio troubleshooting utilities without success.

Has anyone else experienced such a strange problem? Any suggestions other than what I mentioned in the description?

    Thank you.

    :)
