    I have a Ring camera and have used the Ring app from the Microsoft store for a couple of years now. Recently I was notified to upgrade my Ring app to the newest version and I did. Ever since I did that I receive error code 0x80131500 and cannot log into the app in Windows 10 on my PC. I can log in to the Ring app on my Android tablet and my iphone, but not on my PC.


    I created a shared user account on the Ring app using my wife's Comcast email and PW and it works on the Ring app I got from the Microsoft store. However, when I use my Yahoo email & PW to log into the Microsoft store Ring app I receive the 0x813500 error code.


    I've tried every solution listed on your site that have been suggested to others when they receive this error code with other Microsoft store apps and nothing works. I would appreciate a response and/or solution tto this problem.
