my laptop is making a ringing sound and i dont know what to do, what should i do?

I am NOT trying to assign specific tone, only trying to use the simplest thing from my mobile: ring when a contact calls.



When saved on phone contact-list, it does not ring.

When saved on sim contact-list, it then rings.
