Windows 10: Roblox permissions malfunctioning

I am trying to use the Microsoft Family functionality to manage screentime, but it is unfortunately not working in accordance with the parameters I have set up for Roblox. In general, Microsoft Family seems to be controlling everything else as per the parameters I have created.


I have two children and I've set up identical restrictions for Roblox in both of their accounts. One child's account and computer function in accordance with the parameters I have set up; however, the other child's account and computer does not follow the exact same parameters I have set up and allows unrestricted use of Roblox.


All computers are up to date with Windows 10 as well as their respective manufacturers' drivers. Can you please advice on how to troubleshoot this issue, while noting that I have already removed the child whose account is not working properly completely from Microsoft family and then added him back again, which was unsuccessful?I have also added and removed the child's device from Microsoft Family and then added it again. I have also removed my own computer and then added it again to Microsoft family. Appears as though nothing will work... Please help!!!

Roblox is blocked even with permission

we use Microsoft Family and just got a new laptop. My son has Roblox and asked for permission to play it. Unfortunately, even when I give permission, he is unable to get the program to open. It keeps saying he needs email permission. What am I doing
wrong? We did not have this problem with the old laptop.

 

Windows 10 Roblox problem

There are several reasons as to why you can't play Roblox on your computer. Windows Updates may affect the game not to play if your computer is not updated. To make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update
by using this link as your guide.

In addition, make sure that Roblox is allowed to run on your Chrome by performing the following steps:

• Download Roblox and run its setup file.
• After the game has been installed, try to run it.
• You should get a message box saying “External Protocol Request”. Check
  Remember my choice for all links of this type and click Launch Application.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you use another web browser on your computer to check if that helps.
