Windows 10: RPC server is unavailable

ive upadated my friends laptop online, its an Acer Aspire,its using Windows 10,now on the screen its showind a blue screen saying The RPC server is unavailable with OK just underneat , when you click OK it flashes for one second and show the message again, ive tried switching it off and on the blue screen wont go away

How to resolved "RPC Server Unavailable" - and no recover options !?

I have multiple external USB devices.
I just added another (a fourth drive) and
the VSS stopped, causing Disk Management not to report anything about my drives and not allow me to rescan them.










I restarted VSS and tried to rescan my drives. This resulted in "RPC Server unavailable". The service says it is running, but offers no restart. It also has all recovery options greyed out.











Cannot add or scan any of my former external drives now.
Suggestions?

RPC server unavailable

Hello,

I am a user of Windows 10 laptop. When i try to login it's showing "rpc server unavailable" in a blue screen. I am not able to see the start tile also. As i enter my pin It's showing as rpc server not available. Its not shutting down also..

Please help me to get out of it.
