Windows 10: Run 64bit Windows on 32bit UEFI that on 64 bit Processor

i managed to install 32bit windows 10 on my laptop

specs
- 320gb hdd
- 4gb ram ( upgraded from 2gb )
- intel atom

the reason i want 64bit windows is for me to access the full 4gb ram ( 3gb usable on 32bit windows )

or is there an Pae patch for windows 10 already?

In simple terms:

64bit OS runs on a 64bit processor;

32Bit OS runs on a 32bit processor;

64bit processor generally handles more instructions simultaneously; hence, quicker and offers greater security.

can I pick the type of processor when i reserve windows 10

I'm interested in this as well, looking forward to a response... This would be a good time to convert since my machine has 2x 64 bit processors, but I'm running 32 bit Windows 7.

Should I be gathering 64bit verions of the software I need? Will the upgrade to W10 allow this during the upgrade process. How will this effect my transition?
