Windows 10: Running 64 bit Windows 10 on an HP laptop. I have a probleblem with Realtek Bluetooth 4.2...

My realtek 4.2 Adapter fails to start Code ten .When I refresh the driver it seems to nock out Bluetoo Legenerid Attribute service. But on reboot they reappear and the realtek adapter is back to code 10 and the generic attribute services reappear.


I Followed instructions to reinstall the driver. but the problem recurs when I reboot. Is there a test I can do to investigate further. Is there an incompatablity involved?

these are the Bluetooth devices shown by device Manager:

Bluetooth Device RFCOMM Protocol TDI

Bluetooth LEGeneric Attribute Service 5 of these

Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth 4.0 USB device

Charge 2

HP Offiecjet Pro 8030 series

Realtek Bluetooth 4.2 Adapter the problem child


the sequence I follow is 1. disable 4.2 adapter

2. install driver enable

3. see Bluetooth LE Generic Attribute services disappear

4. reboot. Realtek 4.2 adapter does not start code 10

Designer Bluetooth Mouse Model 1679, it is not working on HP ProBook 6560b on Windows 10 64 Bit

Hello,

I bought a new Designer Bluetooth Mouse Model 1679, it is not working on HP ProBook 6560b on Windows 10 64 Bit.

I tried many times update all need it windows and Bluetooth driver, but does not solved the problem.

I tried another Laptop in my office same mouse and it is working my friends PC and My Cell Phone is paired and working on it.

Just not working HP ProBook 6560b on Windows 10 64 Bit (We have 2 qty same laptop and does not work on them.)

Do you have any solution or suggestion?

For those who just need to enable Dolby Digital Live 5.1 for your realtek sound card here is complete manual. Works for me in Win 10 Creators update (1703). Easy installation if you do not need these Dolby things just allow DDL 5.1

You also need to enable Test mode before installation of the driver.

Enable Test mode:

Step 1. Open the Windows command promt as "Run as Administrator".

Step 2. Run "bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" (without the "").

Step 3. To finalize the process run "bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON" (without the "").

Step 4. Reboot and you're done.

To disable it do step 1 and run these commands on step 2 and 3:

Step 2. "bcdedit -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" (without the "")

Step 3. "bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF" (without the "")

Then do step 4 and you're done.

Then you can continue to installation of the driver.
