Running Microsoft safety scanner on my desktop

Hi, Microsoft Community. I downloaded Microsoft safety scanner and run full scan on my computer. When the application was running it show: Files infected: 2. But at the end the following message was posted: "the scan completed sucessfully and no viruses, spyware, and other potentially unwanted software were detected" .I want to be sure that no viruses are in my desktop, because I run the scan many times but during the process i see the same message "files infected 2". at the end the contrary. Any help please

    :)
