    Running Windows 10 on a Mac M1 chip


    Hi, I've been running Windows 10 through parallels on an iMac for a few years and have now upgraded to a MacBook with M1 chip. I've installed Parallels toolbox on the new Mac, my iso file for windows 10 is not compatible with the M1 chip, is there a way to install this without having to pay for a windows 11 licence?

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    it is not possible to install Windows10 on a Mac with an M1 chip, Microsoft were developing Windows 10 for the Mac M1chip, but stopped development when they introduced Windows 11 and development is ongoing currently.

    it is possible to install Windows 11 with Parallels on your Mac with an M1 chip, but that is currently not supported by Microsoft.

    Windows 10 Arm Download for my Mac with a M1 Chip

    I need to get the Windows 10 Arm download. I checked on the Microsoft website and only Windows 11 is only available. Does anyone have a copy of Windows 10 Arm so I can load it on Parallel for my Mac with an M1 chip?
