Windows 10: Runtime Error R6030

I get the following error almost everytime I login:Runtime Error!Program: c:\windows\explorer.exeR6030- CRT not initializedI hit OK, the taskbar disappears and resets. How do I solve this?

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime error Program C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE R6030 - CRT not initialized.

Everytime I use Windows Explorer (Windows 11), I get a dialog with: Title: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Error message: Runtime error Program C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE R6030 - CRT not initialized. I've run sfc /scannow and no issues found. I ran, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and it got stuck at 62.3% and had to close the DOS box.

Right after the installation of of the latest ovi suite I got ther error message on my pc "Microsoft visual c++ runtimer error r6030 crt-not initialized"

Every time I try to start Ovi suite I get the same message.

All the rest of programs run fine including nokia apps such as nokia pc suite, map updater, map loader and sofware updater.

Tried the cleanup utility and a fresh installation but no luck

The pc runs on Win XP Pro

I also repaired / reinstalled microsoft visual c++ with no success.



Any ideas ?

tried to rest the runtime programs and update still get runtime error followed by a second error runtime
error (at 172:103): could not call proc. then nothing. Any suggestions?
