Windows 10: S Mode will not turn off.

So, I've been trying to turn off S mode as soon as I got this new PC.
It did turn off once the moment I first got this PC

But then it came back when I restarted my PC.

So, I attempt to try to turn this off once again but then it leaves an infinite "Working on it..." loading. I leave my PC on running over night and it still saying "Working on it..." and I still have it running for 2 days with the current "Working on it..." screen. I've updated Microsoft Store. I've installed all the system updates I could and still the same result as of today. I really want to try my apps outside of the Microsoft Store.

Tablet Mode doesn't automatically turn on

We suggest you to follow the below steps to make the tablet mode permanent:

• Click start and select settings.
• Select settings and then select tablet mode.
• Now you have different options to choose from, please choose settings that suits you.

WiFi refuses to turn on

A quick question before we proceed:

Is your computer airplane mode is turn on?

I suggest you to go to the follow the below step and check if you’re able to toggle the Airplane mode:

• 
  Go to settings and click on Network & Internet.
  
• 
  Go to airplane mode and toggle.
  

I also suggest you to check if the function key for Wi-Fi works or not. Kindly
Refer to your computer manual to check which function key do so.

WINDOWS 10 AIRPLANE MODE AUTOMATICALLY TURNS

Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.



Step 1:

You can turn off aero plane mode from setting and check if it helps:

1. Go to settings.

2. Click on network.

3. Select flight mode and toggle to disable it.

4. After you tap or click the toggle to turn Airplane mode on or off, it can take your PC a few seconds to turn each wireless device on or off.



Step 2:

Try to Turn off Airplane Mode in Action Center and check the status.

1. Press Windows keys +A to open action center.

2. Click tap on airplane mode quick action button to toggle it on or off.



Step 3:

Try to turn off Airplane Mode in Network Notification Area Icon and check if that helps.

1. Click on network icon on the task bar.

2. Click/tap on aero plane icon to toggle it on or off.



Step 4:

If issue still persists, I suggest you to update the Wireless network drivers once again and check if it helps.

  Device Manager.

  Locate the Network adapter and expand the driver icon.
  
• 
  Look for Wireless driver and then right click and click on Update driver.
