Windows 10: S Mode WIn 11 New Laptop

Morning!I have tried every option to try and get out of S Mode that has been presented. Nothing... I try to run a CMD function, it tells me it needs to be a proper Microsoft app and gives me the option to copy to clipboard. I could not prtscreen to show you... but I do not get any option to remove smode. No box no nothing. Also, when going to the activation screen and pressing open store the button does not work. Backup from Win 10 old laptop restore to new Win11 laptop

I want to buy a new laptop with win 11. QUESTION: Can I do a backup from my old win10 laptop and THEN restore into my new win 11 laptop? Could you please give all the steps? Thank you from friends.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

win 11 in S mode back to win 11 home

We got a new Lenovo Idea pad with I5 processor, 512 GB RAM having Windows 11 in S mode. The Settings menu doesn't show up. Also I need to use or install lot many apps that are not in Windows store. I regularly use a command window for running shell scripts. This laptop with S mode doesn't allow to start a command window. At this point, can I switch back to win 11 home? It says its one way only and cannot come back to S mode. I want to know if I can switch back safely or buy a laptop with windows 11 Home edition without S mode? Appreciate any feedback..
