Windows 10: Safe Mode incorrect pin

I'm in safe mode no network. It will not accept my password. I've tried restart, shift key, but when I get to troubleshoot it asked for my password again and says incorrect. I can't go any further. Any solutions?

im in safe mode and windows wont accept my pin, it says incorrect password although its the correct one.

in normal mode it works normally

Safe Mode _ Incorrect Pin

PIN and other sign in options will not work if you are signing in to safe mode. Only password will work. Password and PIN are two different sign in options so it means your PIN is not the same with your Windows Password.
