Windows 10 update error

This might occur when some of the Windows update Components got corrupted.

I would suggest you to run Windows Update
troubleshooter and try updating again to Windows 10 through Windows Update and check if it helps.

Follow these steps to run Windows Update troubleshooter:

  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.

  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click Windows Update.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Screen goes insensitive

Try following troubleshooting steps.

1. Open back cover, remove the battery.

2. Clean the screen of phone though a soft paper.

3. Then put the battery. And press the power button. And turn it on.
