  1. Sample Rate not saving windows 10

    Setup:
    i7-8700
    1070ti
    16gb ram
AT2035 XLR with Line Ux2 Interface

I've been having this issue for the longest time and I get my way around it at random times. I'm unable to change my mic sample rate to DVD Quality from the default CD Quality. Everytime I turn on my pc and the rate is set to CD, my mic makes my voice sound deeper than it should be and the only fix to it is to restart my computer until it isn't deep anymore. I check if it's deep by going into sound control panel and listening to my mic in it's properties settings. If it's set to DVD this issue doesn't happen. Also, if I record something using NVIDIA shadowplay on CD quality, my mic and audio sound static. Now, when I try changing to DVD it doesn't save also if I have access enabled for apps to use my mic in the Microphone privacy settings, my sound settings would be unresponsive. The only way to fix that is to update to a different driver in device manager or uninstalling the device then restarting pc.

I've googled literally everything I can think of and if anyone knows a possible solution that I haven't already tried please let me know! Thank you.

    :)

Can't Change Microphone Default Sample Rate

I just reinstalled Windows 10 YESTERDAY and haven't even finished installing the software I use and I'm running into problems. I need to have control over my sound settings and I can't change my microphone rate, it's grayed out. See photo attachments. I have uninstalled everything audio in the device manager, downloaded the most up to date drivers from Acer, installed those and rebooted. Nothing I do is working. I freakin' hate Windows... but it's a necessary evil.

    Suggestions?

    Usb sampling rate

I use an audio device via a USB cable to enable a high sampling rate. I change this to 24 bit 192kbit. The problem is that every time I switch the audio device off and later back on, the sampling rate falls back to the default. Can I change this default
    setting?

is this something i can change in the registry?
