    Samsung Galaxy S9 plus won't connect with bluetooth on windows 10


    My Samsung S9 Plus will connect with my car and an older laptop that has windows 7, but will not connect with a new laptop that has windows 10. Lenovo did troubleshooting and determined it was not the laptop because it connected with other bluetooth devices. The laptop indicates it in paired but it will not receive incoming information from the phone. I tried clearing cache on the phone, rebooting, and doing all the things suggested. Seems this is a problem with Galaxy phones. Any suggestions?

    1. Are you aware of any changes made to this computer prior to the issue?
    2. Are you able to connect your Samsung Galaxy S8 with other devices?
    3. Are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices to your Windows 10 computer?


    Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Fix Bluetooth problems in
    Windows 10     and Can't connect a bluetooth device to the phone or tablet
    and check if you are able to connect your Samsung Galaxy S8 with your Windows 10 computer.

    HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SYNC VIDEOS IN MY MEDIA PLAYER TO MY SAMSUNG.

    NOTHING WORKS. DOWNLOADED AN APP TO PHONE AND THE SAME APP TO PC. STILL NOTHING. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. CAN YOU HELP?
