Windows 10: Samsung Magician

I have the 840 Pro and I got the same message (only one time) several days ago.

 

I have two 840 Pro's and an 850 Pro and haven't see anything yet-- But I'll consider myself notified*Smile

My firewall had restricted Magician's internet access.

Downloaded and installed firmware EMT02B6Q.

As most know , Samsung has stated all over the web that a Win 10 update was coming mid to late September for their Magician software which includes a working "Rapid" mode .

Seems it's going to be a bit longer now .

At the beginning of the thread you said you loved Magician because of the great #'s , a few pages in you say "dang" , my computer is working better than ever without it , now your back to " i need "Rapid asap " and i pity the poor chap that gets in my way LOL .

Actually Magician seems to work fine with Win 10 if you don't mind not using "Rapid" until Samsung's next update. I got very good benchmark scores with the Magician on my 850 Pro , over 500 mb read and write .

If you want Rapid though it's a no go yet.
