Windows 10: SandBox

How can I enable the BIOS for virtualization capability? I am trying to activate Sandbox. The sandbox feature is available in the version of Window 10 which is running my lab top. However, In the Window Feature dialog box the sandbox feature is listed but can not be checked because the check box is light in color. I believe the problem is in the BIOS. How do I enable virtualization capability in BIOS. The command Set-VMProcessor -VMName <VMName> -ExposeVirtualizationExtensions $true did not work. The system could not find the file specified.
