Windows 10: Sandisk Port

    I am a bit confused as to what your question is, but does this help?

    USB 3.0 flash drive detected in USB 2.0 port but not in USB 3.0 port.

    USB Drive: USB 3.0 Drive Detected on USB 2.0, Not On USB 3.0 Port

    Fix SanDisk Port On HP Computer

    I have two HP laptop computers with Windows 10. The newer one told me that the SanDisk port was faulty and should be scanned and fixed. This worked. The other would not recognize the SanDisk at all so I could not scan it. Any ideas on making it recognize
    the SanDisk?

    USB Port Oddities


    Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:

    Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :

    The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :

    Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:


    Sandisk Port [​IMG]


    Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.

    I hope this is detailed enough...
