  1. Saving data while reinstalling

I had a power surge during a Strom last night . Now my computer is stuck in an automatic repair loop.

I can't get to the desktop.

I tried doing system restore, it failed.

I don't have an image to use.

    System reset failed.

I can get to cmd but all of the things I can think of to try have failed. When I try to do CD c:\windows\system32 it says directory not found.

So unless you can recommend something to try, I'm going to have to reinstall windows 10.

    My question is, I have 2 drives, a c: and an e:

Almost everything not OS related is installed on e:

If I remove the extra drive before reinstalling windows, can I put it back in after and keep all my installed stuff?

    :)
