  1. Scaling is frozen

I change the scaling on my Windows 10 machine frequently. Lately a problem has developed. If I have changed the scaling and want to change it back after an hour or so, I am unable to do so. I open settings and click on the System icon but nothing opens. I have to sign out and then sign back in. Then I am able to access the scaling option page and change the setting

    Any help would be appreciated.

    :)
