    I had just finished fixing a problem that a member of the comunity helped me with & went back to Outlook which I was also having trouble with. I asked for help, because I wasn't receiving an email my doctor was trying to send me. A pop up jumprd on my screen with the picture of a real woman and asked what was my problem. I told her and then she asked for my name and my phone number. Then she said she would have a tech call me. Sure enough he called and we set up so he could get on my computer, just like MS does and fix the problem. He started going through my computer and finding all these problems and telling me I needed to get a better security program. He could download it for me and it would take about 45 minutes to run. That's when I got scared. Up to this point I thought I was talking to someone connected to Microsoft. He was trying to get me to buy Softcrux Security. I was so scared, I wouldn't do it. I told him he could call me tomorrow and I'd give him my answer. Has anyone else had this happen? How did they get a pop up onto my Outlook?
