    Scammed my windows version?

    Hello,

I have been using Windows 10 Educational edition on my laptop for about a year now and I ran into no problems. Today I purchased a new SSD to replace my old SSD but I couldn't manage to clone it. Instead I just chose to reinstall Windows on my new SSD "surely it will remember what version of windows I had" wrong. When Windows finished installing, I logged into my Microsoft account and everything but I noticed that I was downgraded to the full version of Windows 10 Home from Windows 10 Educational. What do I do? I've lost all the functions that I use this laptop for. Anything helps. Thanks.

    :)
