Windows 10: Scan drive for errors notification keeps appearing

As the subject says, the notification "scan drive for errors" keeps on appearing, I have clicked it thinking that it will be fixed but no because a few hours or days later it appears again. This has been going on for weeks now and it is really annoying as it can appear at any time, forcing me to stop whatever I am doing at the moment and restart my computer, I do not know if this actually fixes anything as it doesn't take too long.

I suggest you to check if Notification setting for One Drive Is turned on. Follow the steps below.

• Click on Start button and Select Settings.
• Select System and Click on Notification and Actions.
• Click on Select which icon to appear on taskbar.
• Turn on the notification for One Drive.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Scan drive for errors

I keep getting a notification to scan drive for errors:



It says to "Click to start scan" and it does nothing. I ran Chkdsk /scan as stated in "Event Viewer" and rebooted, but the message does not go away; even after clearing, it comes back.
