Discus and support Scan to folder not working Windows 10 Ver 1909 in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have windows 10 Version 1909 on my PC and i cant get scan to folder to work from a copier.     Scan to folder not working Windows 10 Ver 1909


    I have windows 10 Version 1909 on my PC and i cant get scan to folder to work from a copier. I have 15 other PCs in this office and only one other PC has this issue which also has version 1909 on it as well. Also this is the only PC with this windows version on it. This is a new PC as well. Network discovery is on, SMB 1.0 is on through windows features. File sharing is on. The network is set to private as well. Also no Firewall or security set yet and the windows firewall is disabled. The copier cant located the folder.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
