    I have scanned a three page document unto my computer where it appears a three separate pages. Can they be 'merged' to form one document please. Also, how do I change them from JPEG to Word Need help with a technical question? Need Assistance? Select this option to ask the community.Post a discussion

    Items skipped during scan

    I have recently been receiving the following message when I run the defender quick/full scans.

    "Items skipped during scan.

    The windows defender antivirus scan skipped an item due to exclusion or network scanning settings."

    I can't think of any recent changes I have made to my computer.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

    • Press Windows and type pictures
    • Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

    Can't Unpin item from list

    Hi Eddie,

    I suggest that you run the SFC scan and check. follow the steps to perform SFC :

    • Press Windows + X
    • Choose Command prompt (Admin)
    • Type " sfc \scannow "
    • Press Enter
