Windows 10: Scanner HP ScanJet 6200 C

Discus and support Scanner HP ScanJet 6200 C in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I just connected my old scanner to my new laptop.     Scanner HP ScanJet 6200 C


    I just connected my old scanner to my new laptop. So far, so good: the computer recognized it, it`s shown under printers and scanners, hardware properties (device status) tells me the hardware is working properly and even the proper driver for it to work under windows 10 is listed there. But when I try to open the scanner, the next windows mask tells me: TO GET STARTED, CONNECT AS SCANNER !


    What`s now ?

    HP Scanjet 7650 is not supported by windows 10

    Hi, this is what worked for me with Windows 10 64 bit and the HP 7560 scanjet.

    Download the windows 8.1 drivers from
    https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-scanjet-7650-document-flatbed-scanner/434502


    Run to install.

    I prefer using the HP scan Extended as it is fast from L:
    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

    You can also use these Apps from the Microsoft STORE;

    • HP Scan and Capture
    • Scan
    You could probably also use the Microsoft Fax & Scan app

    As per the HP website, there are no drivers available for HP Scanjet 5470 c.
