Btw, can anyone please help me on using that MDA5 and SHA1 thing. I have no idea about it. I will be back from school at 4:30pm so don't expect me to reply.

What NavyLCDR told you above is a logical answer. Almost everybody here can give you the MD5 checksum of their downloaded MCT ISO. You can use it to compare with yours, so if your MD5 checksum is different from ours then your ISO has been altered/infected:
Download this portable utility: MD5 & SHA Checksum Utility . Run it, drag and drop the ISO onto it.
then compare with my x64 bit ISO, if yours is 32 bit, then somebody else can give you that:
    From MCT:

What if my ISO is 64 bit and 32 bit in one file. That's what my ISO is like. 6gigs.

    Hi,

Why would that be any different. Just have a virus scanner scan it.
    It's really that simple.

Is your pc virus free now ?

    Cheers, *Wink

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought that you can only download either 64 bit or 32 bit, Not both. So where did you download this ISO from ?

Go to the Microsoft website, Windows 10, download, scroll down then download media creation tool. When launches, click create installation media for another PC, select ISO file. Uncheck the tick box that says recommended options. Change architecture to both.

OK. I don't use 32 bit so I only download the 64 bit. In your case. You'll need someone with the same ISO to give you the MD5 info.

Doesn't extracting the ISO and then scanning the extracted files work?

Not as well, no - it would only find malware - not scripts etc.

If your SHA-1 or MD5 s the same the ISO is genuine and untouched.

This is SHA1 for Windows 10 English 32/64 bit. If you have another edition or language you''ll have to say what - perhaps someone else has it.
    Code: --------------------------- Checksum information --------------------------- Name: Windows1511.iso Size: 5891162112 bytes (5618 MB) SHA1: AD95AE3EEC0146AFB7E1C9C69E18448AD6559AF8[/quote]

Eh, no offence but I don't just trust random people who are not like CounfMike or JohnCL.

In order for SHA1 or the MD5 checksums to be the same between your ISO and another user's ISO file they would have to be infected with exactly the same virus at the exact same location. No offense, but you really are being paranoid at this point.

I downloaded my 32/64 bit Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft Tech Bench so it won't have the same SHA1 or MD5 checksum as the ISO saved from the Media Creation Tool.

Ok, I get you. But doesn't extracting the ISO and then scanning it work or am I just being dum. I've asked this like 3 times and have reviewed no response except for MDA and the other thing. So can you answer it now. LOUD AND CLEAR!
