    Scanning from HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675 all in one printer


    I can no longer scan from my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675 all in one printer. I get an error message that the scanner is busy, wait for the scanner to finish and try again.

    Is HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer compatible with Windows 10?

    Have you downloaded and installed the Windows 10 driver from
    the HP support site    ? What browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?

    I would suggest you to refer to the manufacturer’s website and check, for the HP hardware diagnostic tool for the
    HP Deskjet 4625 Printer and check, if it helps.

    Also, try to update, uninstall and reinstall the latest scan and copy drivers in the Device Manager from the manufacturer’s website link, mentioned below and check, if it works.
