SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for WORKGROUP\DESKTOP-PB2CDVH$ via https://AMD-KeyId-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net/templates/Aik/scep failed:

I randomly get this error throughout the day. I updated my AMD software which fixed it for a week but now the errors are back. When this error happens, the computer hangs and restarts. I've checked the memory and CPU and there are no faults. It seems to be a bug with Windows 11 for AMD cards.

I don't know what the certificate is, this is a local PC and not part of a network/office.

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

How do I fix SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization failed on a Windows 10 Pro laptop that connects with other personal Windows devices through a personal workgroup not using Windows Server on any devices? The devices in use are Windows with OS accounts with the same account names and passwords to connect between the devices.
