Windows 10: Scheduled Task, Custom Power Profile No Longer Work

I've had a custom power profile set to put my PC in sleep mode after 4 hrs idle and a task setup in Task Scheduler to wake the PC every morning at a specified time. Both have been working flawlessly for a long time. Now, after installing update KB4592449 neither are working. The PC stays on for hours and I have to manually wake it every morning. I don't know if the update has anything to do with it, but everything was working up until then. I've checked both power profile and task and they're still set up correctly and enabled.

I suggest you to clear the task from Task Scheduler using the below steps and check if the issue still persists.

Steps:-

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Click on Task Scheduler Library.
• Select the particular task and right click on it.
• Select End.

Power Management Scheduled Tasks No Longer Work

In my Windows Settings > Power & Sleep settings, I have my display scheduled to turn off after 10 minutes of non-use and the computer to sleep after 5 hours of non-use. In the last two days, these schedule tasks no longer work. The screen stays on and
the computer stays on long past the scheduled turn-off times.

The Steps which resolve this problem on my computer :

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Open Task Scheduler
• Navigate in the Task Scheduler Library (Nothing else !!!)

And the message deseapear and I can create a task !!!
