Windows 10: Scheduled Tasks - Task Manager at logon but how get Performance tab?

I already have a Scheduled Task that starts Task Manager at every logon. But it always starts in the "Processes" tab. How can I make it start in the "Performance" tab? See screenshot:

How to start Task Manager on startup?

I have attempted to start Task Manager on logon/startup via several methods, but none of them worked! I have tried Task Scheduler, placing a shortcut of Task Manager inside of 'Shell:Startup'/'Shell:Common
Startup', and editing several registries to try and get Task Manager to run at startup, but none of them worked! Could somebody point me in the right direction, please? Thank you!

 

Win 10: start menu not working every other boot, after 1709 update

I would like to change the scheduled task \Microsoft\Windows\Plug and Play\Device Install Reboot Required to wait one minute when starting triggered by a logon. But every time I try to change it, I get an error message "Task Scheduler
service is unavailable. Task Scheduler will attempt to reconnect to it."

Is there some trick to being able to modify a system task in the Task Scheduler?

 

I see it never looks at any parameters when you execute it so I would guess that it doesn't look at them, even though there is a discussion about parameters here -> command line - taskmgr.exe called with an argument by Windows 7 - Super User

 

You could probably achieve that with an autohotkey script which clicks the relevant tab. However, it doesn't look possible to identify the tab explicitly, so you'd have to do that purely on a geometric basis. Not ideal.

A hint here, but not desirable:
