Windows 10: schtask.exe unsupported 16 bit version error

a strange error occurred today, i was using my laptop as usual today when i suddenly crashed, so i opened up my laptop to check what's going on, and it gave me some weird message about schtask.exe being unsupported 16 bit version, i never gotten this before so idk what's going on. neither have i used it before. it hasn't appeared after the third restart, should i be worried? if so how to fix it?also i am checking with my antivirus but it doesnt seem to be giving me any malware prompts

A Windows 95 game is 35 years old, or 350 years old in computer years (1=10 years ratio) so that's the level of impossibility you're asking.

However it is possible to get 16 bit applications running in Windows 10 as shown here:

There is nothing else I find for that game in Windows 10 so it's likely it's not possible.

Unsupported 16-Bit Application

Hey there I'm tring to run Nerf Jr. Foam Blaster: Attack of the Kleptons (see https://nerf.fandom.com/wiki/Nerf_Jr._Foam_Blaster:_Attack_of_the_Kleptons!)
on my laptop and I got this error

Unsupported 16-Bit Application

The program or feature "\??\E:\SETUP.EXE" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available

I don't know how I can make it compatable?

 

Starting python with cmd error: Unsupported 16-bit application

I'm having trouble running python scripts from my cmd and run environment.
I get an error about an unsupported 16-bit application. After some trial and error I noticed that calling 'py.exe' which should start up python gives me that error.

However, if I start my cmd as admin it doesn't give me the error. The problem is that when I try to run the script from my run environment, it doesn't run as admin so I get the error every time and am therefore unable to use the run environment to start my scripts.

The error I get is the following

I am running Windows 10, 64 bit and Python 3.6 64 bit.

Does anyone know what might be going wrong and how I can fix it? I'd like to find a way to run the scripts from my the 'run environment (Windows + R)' without getting the error.
