Windows 10: Sclupt Keyboard / Mouse keeps disconnecting

I am trying to find out how to fix the issue of the Sclupt Keyboard / mouse not staying connected. It keeps disconnecting every couple minutes. I have already searched thru here and tried what I found and NONE of it works Why doesn't Microsoft products work together? When it is working it takes several seconds for each letter to appear. I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled. Disconnecting the USB plug and reconnecting does not work.

iam trying to connect my microsoft sclupt mouse to the windows 10, but my computer cannot detect this.

i had turn on discovery on my devide and push the connect button but nothing happen.

iam using windows 10 home in asus a55vm
