    Scrambled white lines at the bottom of the screen


    Hello,Lately I've been noticing this scrambled white line at the bottom of my laptops screen.When the laptop boots up, it's there and takes up the first couple of rows of the screen, so I can only see half my taskbar. However, over time the lines recede and then I'm able to see almost 99% of my taskbar. In the end, half of the date is cut off.Anybody else have this problem?My video and graphics drivers are up to date, and everything is up to date on the computer.Laptop: VivoBook ASUS Laptop X571GT_K571GT Graphics Driver: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Video card: IntelR UHD Graphics 630 I've even u

    Scrambled horizontal lines on LCD screen

    most of the time when I get laptops with lines like that its the cable, unless there was physical damage to the screen or surrounding area which would be pretty obvious

    try this before getting a screen no need to spend 300$ on a 5$ cable

    win 10 update leaves vertical pink line on screen

    today i applied latest win 10 update and now i have a vertical pink line on screen, it remains on every screen. i have tried these fixes

    Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan,
    System File Checkeris a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Right click on the Start button, click on
      Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
      Enter.
    • After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
    Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the display drivers and check.

    Steps to Update the Display Adapter driver.

    • Press Windows key + Xkey when you are at desktop.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapter.
    • Right on the Display Adapter and click on
      Update driver software
    BUT i still have the line on screen.

    Scrambled white lines at the bottom of the screen

    white screen with lines on it

    When I close my laptop, and then re-open/lift the screen back up - it turns on but the screen is white with gray-ish lines on it. I have to power off and restart in order to get it to restart. Why is this happening?
